The VERVE® ZEN Barbell is a barbell designed to be a general use barbell, encompassing CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and functional fitness.
It is made to Olympic weightlifting standards for a 20KG men's bar with 2200mm length and a 50mm sleeve to accommodate any Olympic Standard weight plates. This bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. Complete with a comfortable knurl for your Olympic lifts, power lifts and general use for volume repetitions.
